Camden County Schools worked to create a solution to recover learning time lost due to the school closures in response to Hurricane Dorian. The school calendar will not be changed in response to the need to recover lost instructional time but we are partnering with our teachers to create engaging learning activities to be completed outside of class time by our students.

These learning activities will be sent home electronically by teachers no later than October 7th and students will need to complete the work independently during the window of October 7th- November 15th. Completed assignments will be graded and students will need to complete the assigned work as instructed by their teachers to earn credit. If your child does not have access to online learning at home, please contact your student’s teacher for alternate arrangements.

We have created the presentation linked below to explain more about how these assignments are created and how we are prepared to respond in the event of further weather related school closures.  10/4/19
